1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Nourvi, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Nourvi is an AI-powered meal planning application that generates personalised weekly meal plans and grocery lists based on your health profile and dietary preferences. The service is provided "as is" for informational and wellness purposes.

3. Health Disclaimer

Nourvi is not a medical service. The nutritional information, meal plans, and recommendations provided are for general wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Nourvi offers free and paid subscription plans.
• Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple in-app purchases. Prices are displayed in the app before purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID > Subscriptions settings.
• We do not issue refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the app or its AI systems.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Submit false or misleading health information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Nourvi — including AI-generated meal plans delivered to you — are owned by us. You may use generated plans for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell or redistribute them.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nourvi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to health outcomes resulting from following a generated meal plan.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app. Deletion is permanent and removes all associated data within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Nourvi after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
